Terms of use
Access to Mailie accounts and workspaces, responsibilities and service limits. TEST conditions remain separate.
Publisher and service
Mailie is published by SUCHET & BUTTIER, SAS, 102 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France — RCS Paris 802 240 341. It provides content preparation, audience management, sending and background processing, according to the features and authorisations available in the workspace.
These terms govern account access and use of the service on mailie.app and mailie.io. They are not a paid order, an authority to send or advertising consent. Conditions and documents for the TEST scenario remain separate.
Accounts and representing an organisation
Use an address you control, verify it and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping access credentials confidential and choosing whom to invite. When acting for an organisation, you must have authority to represent it for the operations you perform.
Accounts and organisations have distinct scopes. Creating an account does not automatically activate a plan, domain or processing task. Member rights, keys and delegations must be granted for their actual scope. Sensitive operations may require recent identity verification and two-factor authentication.
The version you accept
At registration, the acceptance box concerns the terms version presented by the service. Its reference and URL are recorded with the account. Advertising consent cannot be inferred from that acceptance. People who already have access are not treated as having accepted this new text merely because it is published.
Versions have separate addresses. Revising the document does not rewrite an earlier acceptance. Changes will be presented before they apply and, where necessary, require a separate agreement. Keep the version presented to you.
Your content, contacts and sending
You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorise its processing as needed for the functions you request, without a general transfer of ownership to Mailie. You must have the rights needed for the text, images, brands and data you use.
You determine recipients and the purpose of communications and must be able to justify their source and your authority to contact them. Respect objections, unsubscribes and restrictions. A successful import or technical check does not create consent. The acceptable-use policy explains anti-abuse requirements.
Preparation, approval and assistance
Check content, audience, version and settings before confirming an operation. A draft or assistant suggestion is not legal advice, consent evidence or sending approval. You must review results before using them.
An external service or AI option may require specific configuration, terms and information. These terms do not authorise sending data to an undocumented provider without review. Do not include secrets or sensitive information unnecessary for the task.
Limits, availability and outcomes
Available functions depend on the selected plan, limits, checks and authorisations. A request may be refused or remain pending when a prerequisite is missing. These terms do not guarantee a sending rate, processing time, continuous availability or inbox receipt.
Transport acceptance does not prove reading or final delivery. An operation with an uncertain result must be reviewed and must not be repeated as though it had certainly failed. Limits and security stops must not be bypassed.
Plans and TEST scenario
Review the plan conditions and displayed confirmations before choosing. Free access does not imply contract or payment activation. Prices, payments and documents marked TEST belong to a noncommercial scenario and are not real invoices.
This version does not open LIVE payments or provide automatic conversion of a TEST scenario into a real sale. A cancelled subscription is not reactivated merely by registration or returning to the portal.
Data and privacy
The account privacy notice describes processing for which SUCHET & BUTTIER is controller. Audience data entrusted for your communications remains your responsibility and falls within the processing framework described in the data processing agreement. Missing annex details must be completed before that agreement is represented as complete for a particular configuration.
Suspension, ending access and data
Access or an operation may be suspended to protect the service, recipients or third-party rights, including where there is a security or abuse risk. Measures must remain appropriate to the risk. You may request reasons and review through the contact below, subject to information whose disclosure would compromise security or a legal obligation.
Request an end to use through available workspace functions or the company contact. Closing an organisation revokes access; erasure is a separate process with documented justified exceptions. Email already handed off cannot be recalled. Export data you need before closing where the available functions and your rights permit.
Responsibility, governing law and contact
Each party is responsible for its breaches under applicable law. No clause removes a mandatory right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The service does not replace the backups, checks and obligations specific to your activity.
These terms are governed by French law without excluding applicable mandatory rules. If a problem arises, first contact SUCHET & BUTTIER to seek a solution. No exclusive court is imposed here at the expense of mandatory jurisdiction rules.
