Mailie test conditions
Noncommercial qualification — no real charge
This page describes an isolated TEST scenario. It is not a commercial offer, an invoice for payment, or acceptance of future live terms. Mollie test payments and mandates do not debit a real bank account. Public registrations and live payments remain closed until explicitly enabled.
Monthly TEST plans
Discovery is free, without Mollie payment or a billed renewal. Essential is modelled at €19 excluding VAT per month, and Pro at €59 excluding VAT per month. For this France/EUR test scenario only, 20% VAT gives test totals of €22.80 and €70.80. This is a tax assumption for the scenario, not a universal VAT rule.
Consent, mandate and renewal
Before a paid test checkout, the portal displays the total including tax and asks for explicit consent to automatic monthly renewal. The initial verified payment must provide a valid test mandate; the backend then creates a genuine Mollie TEST subscription. A return to the portal or an open payment does not activate a paid plan. A verified provider reconciliation is required.
Plan changes take effect at the next renewal, without proration. Cancellation stops future renewals after provider confirmation and retains paid access until the recorded end date. A change to Discovery waits for that date and does not create a zero-value Mollie payment. Refund requests are reviewed by an operator; requesting one does not itself create a refund.
Allowances and AI tokens
Email and AI allowances follow UTC calendar months; contacts, members, workspaces, automations and storage are stock limits. AI counts actual reported input plus output tokens, with a maximum reservation before each request. An uncertain result remains reserved until reconciled. The test plans include 300,000, 1,500,000 and 6,000,000 Mailie AI tokens respectively; no euro allowance or generation count is promised. Model availability and other provider safeguards still apply.
Options and dedicated IPs
An option has its own displayed price and recurrence, accepted before payment. A one-off option covers one stated period without renewal. A monthly option renews until separately cancelled. A dedicated IP request is only a quotation: it is neither charged nor shown as active while awaiting operator allocation. A real inventory assignment and provisioning reference, a priced quotation accepted by the customer, and a verified test payment are required before activation. No infrastructure is bought automatically.
Quota entitlements and billing records follow verified provider events. A document is labelled pending until the required test billing identity and issuer policy are configured. Test documents remain clearly marked as TEST.
