Within a workspace, an address in several lists still counts as one contact. Marketing consent remains necessary to send that person a campaign.

Not yet. This page presents proposed prices, allowances and features as we prepare to launch Mailie. Subscriptions and email sending are not open. Final terms will be confirmed before you commit, and no payment can be made on this page.
Start with your contact count, then estimate your monthly email volume. Four newsletters sent to 2,000 people add up to 8,000 emails. Include automated and transactional messages too. Also consider the team members, workspaces and automations your project needs.
Stored active contacts and emails sent are two separate limits. Within one workspace, a contact in several lists counts once. A contact in several workspaces counts in each. An email accepted by the sending service counts once per recipient; a technical retry is not a new billable send. A bounce after acceptance still counts. These proposed counting rules will be detailed in the launch terms.
Alerts are planned at 80% and 95% of your allowances. Once a limit is reached, the affected new usage will pause. Upgrading or adding capacity will require your approval. No automatic top-ups or unapproved overage charges are planned.
It is designed to help prepare editable emails, rewrite passages, suggest subject lines and adapt content to your brand. Each plan includes a monthly usage allowance in its price: €0.25, €2, €8 respectively. This is not an extra charge. Costs depend on the request and the model used; no fixed number of generations is guaranteed. Image generation is not included in this proposal. You approve sending, and the editor remains usable without AI.
The annual plan covers twelve months paid upfront for the price of ten monthly payments: €190 excluding VAT for Essential and €590 excluding VAT for Pro. The displayed monthly price is a rounded equivalent. Email limits and the AI allowance renew each month; they are not an annual pool. Final renewal and cancellation terms will be available before you subscribe.
The proposed monthly plan renews each month and can be cancelled at the end of the billing period. Any plan change, its effect on your limits and any prorated charge will be shown before confirmation. Annual plans cover twelve months. Invoices and useful exports will remain accessible in accordance with the final cancellation terms.
Delivery events, errors, bounces, complaints and unsubscribes will help you understand your campaigns. Mailie is designed without opening pixels or individual click tracking, whichever plan you choose. Respect for recipients will never be a paid extra.
Pro is designed to include 3 workspaces for brands and projects within the same organisation, with suitable roles. A legally separate client must keep its own organisation, so its contacts and consents are not mixed with another client’s. Agency needs or higher volumes will require a dedicated proposal.
mailie.io will host the website, pricing, purchases and customer account management. mailie.app will be home to the email creation and sending application. For now, its sign-in screen is a preview with no active authentication.
